Cancellation
We reserve the right to charge for any missed appointments.
A 50% charge of your missed appointment value will be payable. Failure to pay for your missed appointment will result in no future bookings being made.
Please give 12hrs notice if you wish to amend or cancel your appointment.
Arrival
To ensure you receive your full treatment time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your allocated appointment time.
Arriving late could shorten your treatment, but full charge will still be made.
As we are situated in a residential area we ask that you kindly respect our neighbours, taking extra care not to park across any driveways.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to buy, for any amount you like and for any of our treatments.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase.
Gift vouchers can be purchased in the salon, over the phone and via email.
